2024 Year in Review at Otby House Farm: A Year of Growth and New Ventures 2024 has been a transformative year at Otby House Farm, marked by exciting diversification projects and significant milestones. This year has been full of firsts, including our first family photoshoot, collaborating with location agencies to promote Otby as a film location, and securing our first-ever wedding booking. We've also built meaningful partnerships with local suppliers to promote sustainability. Looking ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be another exciting year, with new experiences and developments coming to Otby House Farm. We can’t wait to share them with you! The Boat House build continues a pace, everything is starting to come together with glimpses of what the final building will look like. The main structure is now up and almost water tight so we can move onto imagining the interiors!

The Boat House has stood unchanged since 1962. The time has come for this lake-side building, the site of many Cooper family celebrations, to enjoy a new lease of life. Here, we’ll be keeping you up-to-date with all the renovation work as we work to create a luxury self-catered accommodation that allows guests to soak up the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings, in line with our plans for further diversification.
